Good infrastructure and surroundings will enhance the quality of the environment by giving proper-conditioned surroundings to the living and non-living. (Roof and Oleru, 2008).From the discussion, environmental quality i s evaluated based on how natural or how built it is. The quality disposed to the environment comes from the benefits it brings in the form of natural resources or infrastructure.
